In response to your letter of February 9, 2004 in this regard, I have met with Robert Arnold, Associate Superintendent, the District's legal counsel, and a representative from Kitchell CEM, the construction management firm overseeing modernization of the District's schools. We walked the field together. The safety issue you posited cannot be verified; however, the field does indeed need work and that.is being pursued.
