PURPOSE OF DEVERYINING VIHETHER OR NOT RENT
CONTROL WITHIN THE CITY OF BURLINGATCE SHOULD
B, CONTINUED BEYOND DECEIMER 31, 1950.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
and notice thereof is hereby given that a public hearing on the
matter of determining the continuation of Rent Control within the
City of Burlingame be held at the hour of eight (8) o'clock p.m.
on December 5, 1950, at the Council Assembly Room in the City
Hall in said City of Burlingame, at which time and place all
persons interested may appear and be heard for or against the
proposition.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th of November, 1950, and adopted
