RESOLUTION NO. 56-50
AUTHORIZING PA)MENT OF •114,165.82 to
E. T. HAAS CO., ACCOUNT OF JOB NO. 50-27
CALIURNIA DRIVE WATER LINE
MIFREAS, The Department of Public Works has reported
to the City Council that E. T. Haas Co., Contractor, has
satisfactorily completed the work pursuant to the contract
entered into with said Contractor in the installation of
the water line on California Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has filed
a notice of completion and recommended that payment of
$14,165.82 be paid to the Contractor, the said amount being
901/4' of the total of the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that E. T. Haas Co.
be paid the sum of r14,165.82, the s aid amount being 90%
of the contract price for the replacement of the viater rain
on California Drive between Peninsular Avenue and Bellevue
Avenue.
