ACCEPTING BID ON L. C. SMITH COMPANY
RESOLVED, that the bid of L. C. Smith Company, for the
construction of a culvert over Ralston Creek for the sum of
62,610.00 be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
with the said L. C. Smith Company and that the Mayor be, and
lie is hereby authorized for and in behalf of the City Council
to execute said contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contractor be directed to
complete the work provided for in the specifications within
thirty (30) days from the tirle of the execution of the agree-
ment.
