CHANGING AUTHORIZED AGENT
1,7HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame has
heretofore adopted resolutions identified as follows:

which in part authorized Kenneth S. i'itch to act as "Authorized
lArent" for the City of Burlingame with respect to the applications
described therein; and
'U'UHE,REAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame now
desires to replace Kenneth S. "itch as "Authorized Agent" by
naming Harry I?. Jenkcs in his stead as "Authorized Agent";
HOW', THEREIIORE, BED IT RESOLVED:
1. That all powers, ri] is and duties conferred upon
l Kenneth S. ?etch by the aforesaid resolutions are :herewith
I revoked.
2. That all acts hitherto performed by said Kenneth S.
Fitch as "Authorized Agent' for the City of 1urlin game are here-
with ratified and confirmed.
3. '-"hat Marry I1. Jenks, Engineer, 260 Primrose Road,
Burlingame, Ca1.i"orr_ia, is herewith designaged as "Authorized
Agent" of the City of Burlingame with respect to the above
applications and is endowed with all rights, powers and duties
conferred upon said former agent Kenneth S. lijitch, by the
aforesaid resolutions or otherwise.
