ACCEPTING THh BID OF SPERRY & IY1cCUE FOR
THE SURFACING OP' THREE OFF STREET PARKING
LOTS SITUATED ON THE RIGHT OF 'WAY OF THE
FOMIER TIARYET STREET RAILWv. Y
VIHMUi kS, bids were received for the work to be done
in connection with the surfacing of three off street parking
lots situated on the right of way of the former Iaarket Street
Railway at: (a) North of North Lane: (b) South of Broadway:
(c) North of Broadway: and
WHE,RLAS, the bid of Sperry & I,'icCue was the lowest bid
submitted for doing; said work;
NO1K, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered
that the bid of Sperry try I+IcCue for the sum of $1,947.00 be, and
the same is hereby accepted;
BE IT FURTHER LSOLVED that the Trlayor is hereby
authorized and directed for, and in behalf of the City, to
execute the contract between the City of Burlingame and Sperry
& 11cCue, for the performance of such work.
