TO MILLS CREEK
RESOLVED, that the bid of Sperry & McCue, a co -partnership,
to do the work specified in Project MCS No. 42 for the sum of
f10,356.50 be, and the same is hereby accepted, and the Mayor
is hereby authorized for, and in the behalf of the City, to
execute the contract with said Bidder.
