RESUR11-11ACING OF CALIFORNIA DRIVE;
PENINSULAR AVE. TO NORTH LAIM
PROJECT IICS #41
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted plans and
specifications for resurfacing California Drive from
Peninsula Avenue to North Lane and the aforesaid plans have
been recommended for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Said: plans `and specifications -do meet with
the approval of - the Council.
I101917, THEREFORE, BL IT iiESOLVED AND ORDE iLD, by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, that the plans and
specifications for resurfacing California Drive, Peninsula
Avenue to Ilorth Lane, as submitted by the engineer and
attached hereto be, and the same are hereby approved and
adopted for the purpose and use in the resurfacing of said
street.
BL IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the Director of � ubli c '�s orks
give notice by publication, to contractors to submit bids for
said resurfacing of California Drive in accordance with the
plans and specifications herein approved and adopted, and
submit the same to the City Council on or before 8:00 p.m.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
Burlingame City Council held on July 17, 1950, and adopted
