OF SEWAGE WORK ENLARGE, nlIENTS FI EPARED BY HARRY IT.
JENKS, CONSULTING SANITARY ENGINEER
11=7RREAS, Harry N. Jenks, Consulting Sanitary Engineer,
having been employed by the City for the purpose of preparing
plans, specifications and contract documents for the construc-
tion of sewage work enlargements, and said engineer having
presented the aforesaid documents t< the City for its considera-
tion;
NOW, TFIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract documents
and specifications for the construction of sewage work enlarge-
ments pmmqwm&d prepared by Harry TIT. Jenks, the original of i-,,hich
is attached hereto, be and the same are hereby adopted as the
plans and specifications for the construction therein provided;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Tiayor is hereby
authorized for, and in behalf of the City Council to e ;ecute
any contract that may be entered into between the City for the
purpose of completing the work provided in the said plans,
specifications and contract documents.
