ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE LOWRIE PAVING
C01,1PANY, INC., A CORPORkTION, FOR THE
REMOVAL OF THE CAR TRACKS AND RESURFACING
OF CALIFORNIA DRIVE B1,214EEH PENINSULAR
AVENUE AND NORTH LANE
WHERE -AS, bids were received for the lvork to be done in
connection with the removal of the car tracks and resurfacing
of California Drive from Peninsular .avenue to ITorth Lane; and
tiII-TERE'AS, the bid of The Lowrie Waving Company, Inc.,
submitted the lovuest figure for doing said work;
NOW, THEEEFOI?E, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered
that the bid of The Lowrie Paving; Company, Inc., a corporation,
for the sum. of JIP29,088.00 be, and the same is hereby accepted;
BE IT FURTHER Ri�SOLVED that the 1:"_aycr is hereby authorized
and directed for, and in behalf of the City, to execute the
contract between the City and The Lowrie Paving Company, Inc.,
a corporation, for the performance and construction of said work.
