ACCEPTING THE BUILDING ON HILLSIDE D111IVE
TO BE USED AS A FIRE STATION NO. 'i'IVO
ViiHERI �1S, the contractor has completed all of the
construction of the building to re used as a Fire Station on
Hillside Drive, pursuant to the agreement entered into
with the contractor dated December 9, 1949; and,
WHEREAS it has been reported to the City Council that
all of the work has been performed pursuant to the plans and
specifications and that the said building is complete and
may now be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered
that the building above referred to is hereby accepted and
that a notice of completion pursuant to the terms of the
contract above referred to may be filed and the City Engineer
for and in behalf of the. City, is hereby ordered and directed
to file such notice of completion.

I, Herbert K. ahite, do hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular adjourned
meeting of the City Council held on the 8th day of August, 1950,
by the following vote:
