ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AND PERMIT
FROM THE A�1,�RICAN TRUST CO.
FOR USE OF A PORTION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1,
AS PER SUPPL IENTARY MAP TO MAP NO. 1
OF TOWN OF BURLINGAME TO BE USED AS A
PARKING FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the American Trust Company has offered to the
City of Burlingame a revocable license and permit to use a
portion of Lot 4, Block 1, as per supplementary map to Ivtap
No. 1 of Town of Burlingame as a parking facility for parking
motor vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame deems
it to be to the best interest of the city that such license
and permit be accepted;
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that the license and permit offered by the
American Trust Company to the City of Burlingame to use a
portion of the property above referred to as a facility for
parking motor vehicles upon limited terms, and the same is
hereby accepted and agreed upon pursuant to all the terms and
conditions therein specified and mentioned.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of April, 1950,
by the following vote:
