ACCEPTING DEED FOR L. JOSEPfIINE LANG
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame
has agreed to purchase and L. Josephine Lang has agreed to
sell to the Jity, the real property described in the attached
conveyance and for the purpose of completing the transaction.
IT IS Novi RESOLVED AND O MERLD by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, 'that the attached deed conveying
the real property described therein in the City of Burlingame
be, and the same is hereby z:ccepted, pursuant to all of the
terms therein specified.
