APPiiOVING- IiET'JORFaNDUM OF AGREEML11T FOR

CITY STREETS
111HETE1,S, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to
be entered into with the State of California in accordance
with a project statement subrv_tted by the City of 3urlingarxle
for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities for the
fiscal year 1951, and
VV HLL RE, AS, the City Council has heai d read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the. contents thereof;
TBERLFORE, be it resolved b4; the City Council of the ;ity
of Burlingame that said project statement be and it is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax
allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk_ are directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be
binding; upon the City upon its execution by the authorized
officials o' the State.
ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1950.
