APPROVING AND A PTING PLAINS AND
SPECI'IPTCATIONS FOR ALTERATIONS
TO THE CITY HALL, WATER OFFICE
WHEREAS, The city en,°ineer has submitted plans and
specifications for alterations to the city hall for offices
for the water department and the aforesaid rla..ns hatTe been
recommended for approval; and
1,1IHEREM The City Council has considered the, aforesaid
plans and specifications are the same and have met with the
approval of the Council.
NOW, THERE_ -FORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the
City Council of the City of Burlin-ame, that the plans and
specifications for alterations to the city hall for offices for
the eater department, as subnitted by the en'ineer and attached
hereto be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted for the
purpose and use in the alterations of said building.
BE IT ='URTHER 01,DERED2 that the City Clerk give notice
by publication, to contractors to submit bids for said alter-
ations to the city hall for offices for the water department in
accordance with the plans and specifications herein approved and
ado-pted, and submit the same to the City Council on or before
8 p.r".. , February 6, 1050,
