RESOLUTION 8-50
It was moved by Councilman Hunt, and seconded by
Councilman Atvater that the following resolution by adopted:
RESOLIT-aD, that a copy of 'State of California Standard
Service Agreement" between State Board of Education, as
party of the first part, and the City of Burlingame, as
party of the second part, presented to this Council at
this meting, be placed on file in the office ol' the
City Clerk and as so on file be referred to and by this
reference expressly incoL-poratc:d herein and made a part
hereof:
A"ID BE IT FURTHER RI]SOLV.ED that the City Council does
hereby approve the said Agreement and does hereby
authorize and instruct the .Iayor and the City Clerk to
e,Lecute the said Agree rent on behalf of the City of
Burlingame and to make deliv-ry thereof in due course.
On roll call the motion to adopt the foregoinr-resolution carried
by the followin ; vote:

ABSE NT Councilmen None
