VfHLREAS, The American Trust Co., 464 California Street,
San 1-,1q?anc1sco, has executed and delivered to a representative
of the City of Burlingame its option annexed hereto, ,,herein
said party agrees to sell and convey to the City of Burlingame,
the property described in the option for the price therein
stated and subject to a condition set forth; and
VIHERF,&S, the City Council of the City of Burlin arie desires
to accept the said option, Subject to the condition, at the
said price;
NOVI, THEREI77RE BE IT RESOLVED.- by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that the option to purchase, annexed hereto
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Burlingame
in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth.
