February 21, 1953, from the applicant urging favorable con- sideration of the variance, vas read arad accepted for fwith papers, Dr. Mcfaughlin, in attendance, submitted roughly drawn- elevations and, a plot plan ,and advised that the development will be built in. three units with suites to accommodate 18 to 20 doctors. In response to Chairman Martin, Planaing Consultant Mann stated that the proposed construction should result in a tremendous.improvement to the properties, providing that the entrance day is constructed so as to rapid and easy access for automobile traffic from El Camino Real, There was considerable discussion concerning potential hazards resulting from increased automobile traffic into the properties whereupon Dr. Mcbughlin assured Commissioners that the frontage along the L;l Camino would be cleared of plant growth and obstructions and ample open area pr-o- vided between the buileting and the _ fAdewalk to facilitate the floc; of trafflo into and out o f the groundt. Commissioner Norberg suggested that prior to actual construction a more: de- tailed set of plan® be submitted for review.
