There was some dif fi�rence of opinion on the matter of spot zoning and further discussion was postponed to the study meeting of May 12-, 1958, to permit members to visit the neighborhood 20 RESUBDIVISION - Portion of Block 11, Town of Burlingame Subdivision, The City Engineer submitted for review a map of a proposed Aesubdivislon of a portion of Block 11, Town of Burlineame Subdivisions being a parcel of land located at the northwest corner of the intersection of highlaad Avenue and Ho�ward Avenue Mr, Co Wilson Harder addressed the Commission and advised that he has negotiated to purchase the parcel described on the map as 15 feet wide x 74 feet deep to be used as a side entrance way to the building, which he owns adjoining said parcel on the north side- Members discussed the proposal with hr.
