The Flasnnir.6 Consultant advised that subsequent to the previous inept-
-ink;, a number of con:erezces were he'Id. in an e zdeavor to reE.ch an
agreement on the matter of the sanitary sewer system, and an offer
by the owners to dedicate to the City a 10 Foot easement appeared to
offer a satisfactory solution,
Tyr. Lasorea representing the California `.leachers' Associetlon, described
at length the instollation of the sewer system and related engin-eying
work. lira Isa sore advised that the necessary proceedings to accomplish
the dedication would be undertaken immediately but the actual Installa-
tion of utilities would not comLenee until such time that a building
permit application would be filed for additional construction on the
property.
Chairman Martin requested an opinion from the City Engineer who ad-
vised that the proposed 10 foot 'easement was acceptable, .fir. Marr
Stated that'it would appear that this arrangement would also solve
the problems of storm water drainage but this had not yet been
verified.
There being no objections, a motion waB introduced by Commissioner
Fin8er that the: resubdivision of a portion of the lands of the
