Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M.; Chairman Henderson presiding.
Minutes of the regular meeting of December 27, 1955; adjourned regular
meeting of January 9, 1956; and study meeting of January 9, 1956, ap-
proved as written.
PETITIONS:
1. FINAL MAP: Skyview Terrace
TWalter Thompson development west of Skyline Boulevard)
City Engineer Marr presented the map to the Commission and advised it
has been checked by his office. The State Division of Highways has
expressed approval of the 12 foot reservation along the westerly boun-
dary of Skyline Boulevard for future highway widening, and the entranee
to the property off Skyline Boulevard at Kip Lane.
In response to the Chair, Mr. Thompson stated that arrangements will
be made to maintain the two undeveloped areas at the end of the cul de
sac.
It was thereafter moved by Commissioner Mitchell and seconded by Com-
missioner Diederichsen that the Commission accept the map as submitted
and recommend its approval to the City Council. Motion carried unan-
imously on roll call of members.
2. RESUBDIVISION°MAP: Millsdale Industrial Park No. 1.
Lot 1, Block 2; Lot 3, Block 2; Parcel A, Lot 2, Block 2.
The City Engineer presented to the Commission the completed map of the
proposed resubdivisions. Mr. Van Zandt of Wilsey and Ham advised the
Commission that the resubdivision has been requested to set aside
acreage for railroad spur tracks in Lot 1 and Parcel A of Lot 2, and
to divide Lot 3 into two parcels for sale purposes. It was thereafter
moved by Commissioner Mitchell and seconded by Commissioner Kindig that
the map as -submitted be approved. Motion carried unanimously on roll
call of members.
3. RESUBDIVISION MAP: Millsdale Industrial Park No. 1,
Parcel B, Lot 29 Block 2.
The City Engineer presented to the

1. Fire and Building Departments re:
Boarding House - 901, 907 Burlingame Avenue
A communication dated January 12, 1956, from the Fire Chief and the
Building Inspector advising that in a joint annual inspection of the
above premises no violations were noted and recommending for a con-
tinuation of the variance, was acknowledged and filed.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Suggested Changes in Zoning Ordinance.
The Planning Consultant advised the Commission that the time for a
public hearing on the proposed changes in the Zoning Ordinance must
be set. It was thereafter moved by Commissioner Diederichsen and
seconded by Commissioner Kindig that a public hearing be held on
February 27 to consider the suggested changes in Sections 1911, 19120
1913 a,b,; 1915 and 1921 of the Zoning Ordinance. Motion carried
unanimously on roll call of members.
There being no further matters for consideration, the meeting was
regularly adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
