A regularly adjourned public hearing was held on the above given
date. Meeting called to order at 8:30 P. M. - Chairman Henderson
presiding.
The meeting was called to give consideration to the tentative map
of Mills Estate No. 5, submitted by Wilsey & Ham, engineers for the
Trousdale Construction Company.
At the conclusion of the hearing, it was recommended on motion of
Commissioner Martin, seconded by Commissioner Mattock and unanimous-
ly carried, that the tentative map of Mills Estate No. 5 be accepted,
subject to a grant by the developer to the City of approximately
three to four acres for a park and recreational site, said grant
being contingent upon a reversionary clause requiring development
by the City Within three years after completion of seventy-five per-
cent of the homes and a grant of a firehouse site in accordance with
a communication dated March 7, 1955, from the Trousdale Construction
Company.
The meeting was thereafter regularly adjourned.
