The following matters were submitted to the Commission for study: 1. Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army, Office of the District Engineer, San Francisco District, Public Notice No. 56-9. Re: Wilsey & Ham, Burlingame, on behalf of the Trousdale Con- struction Company, application for a Department of the Army Permit to dredge and construct levees and fills on the easterly side of San Francisco Bay, at the cities of Millbrae and Burlingame. Director Public Works Marr stated that approximately 10 acres of the land within Burlingame is owned by the Trousdale Corporation and probably planned for industrial development. Commissioner Diederichsen raised the question as to whether or not the operation would affect the Burlingame drainage plant. Mr. Marr stated it was his understanding a joint pumping plant might be proposed to be maintained on a 50-50 basis between Burlingame and Mill- brae. Planning Consultant Mann advised the Commission that no action was re- quired at this time. The Corps of Engineers was merely asking for ob- jections - if any; and so far as he could see the City has no interest in the matter at the present time.
