In the absence of Chairman Henderson, Vice Chairman Martin presided.
Meeting calledto order at 8:10 P.M.
The Vice Chairman called the roll and finding there was no quorum
announced the meeting would be adjourned and all matters appearing
upon the agenda would be continued to a meeting on November 14,
1955.
