Communication from Tidewater Associated Oil Company, requesting
traffic count, was referred to City Clerk for disposition, as this
Commission maintains no such data.
Approved request of Dr. Geo. J. Laird et al that this Commission
give informal approval to County Plannin§ Commission for rezoning of
certain property in Mills Estate to "R-4 . Letter advising County
Commission of this approval was forwarded on January 18th, 1954.
Approval granted to Wilsey & Co. request that lot frontages in Hills-
dale No. 1 Subdivision be increased from 60f to 681. This to compen-
sate for the two car garage ordinance recently passed by City Council.
Such increase eliminates approximately 9 lots from the tract and in-
creases most lots by 340 sq. feet.
The Commission considered usage of unclassified area of Millsdale No.
1 ( area east of P(aE easement to Bayshore, (abou.t 30 acres) , the un-
classified area south of the 100t green strip on the south (about
18 acres). The concensus of opinion was that the former could be
classified as "Commercial" and the latter as
