The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P. M. by Chairman Roy
Henderson. The3bupiness="couducted"'wa6as:follows:
A ketch and plot plan showing the construction of a restaurant
and parking area to be located on North Lane and California Drive,
was presented to the Planning Commission.
It was recommended by the Commission that the City Council make
available to the occupant the use of a 251 strap west of the build-
ing site for parking space and also that the entrance to the parking
area be located west of two existing poles.
The Commission reviewed the suggested changes :for permissive uses
in M-1 districts.
The Commission also discussed the possibility of holding the meetings
for the Planning Commission on alternate Mondays than those used by
the City Council.
After a general discussion and there being no :further business to
come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 P. M.
