DIRECTING WORK TO BE DONE UNDER THE
DIRECTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, did, on the 29th day of August, 1951, pass its
Resolution of Intention to do certain work and improvements,
reference being made to said Resolution of Intention for further
particulars with relation to said work to be done; and
WHEREAS, said City Council desires that said work and
improvements be done under the direction of the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved and ordered by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame that the aforesaid work
and improvements shall be done under the direction of the
Engineer of the City of Burlingame, that the materials used in
connection therewith shall comply with the specifications and
be to the satisfaction of the Engineer of the work.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 17th day of September, 1951, and
thereafter adopted by the following vote. -
