DIRECTING ASSESSMENT TO BE PREPARED AND SIGNED
BY THE ENGINEER OF WORK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, did on the 29th day of August, 1951, pass its
Resolution of Intention, No. 50-51, for the work and improvements
to be made and done in Burlingame Manor, pursuant to the pro-
visions of the "Improvement Act of 1911," and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that any assessment here-
after to be made, and the distribution of the costs thereof upon
the lands benefited thereby, shall be made and signed by the
Engineer of the work;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, that any assessment hereafter made,
distributing the costs of the work described in the Resolution
of Intention No. 50-51 of this body, upon the property benefited
thereby, shall be made and signed by the Engineer of Work hereto-
fore hired by this Council as Engineer of Work for the work and
improvement described in said Resolution of Intention No. 50-51.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 17th day of September, 1951, and adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
