HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 044-1951RESOLUTION No. 44-51 ACCEPTING WORK DONE UNDER CONTRACT FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT EXTENSION WHEREAS, it appears from the information furnished by the City Engineer and the Consulting Engineer, pursuant to the communication attached hereto, that all of the work under contract for the extension of the Sewage Disposal Plant, and all extras heretofore authorized by the City Council, has been completed and was so completed on July 31, 1951, and that a notice of completion has been filed in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, that the work authorized by the contract hereinbefore mentioned and the extra work duly authorized has been satisfactorily completed and the same is hereby accepted as of July 31, 1951. Completion Please be advised that F. S• Rolandi, Jro, Into, 617 Montgomery Street San Francisco, has completed their contract for the construction of the Sewage Plant enlargement as of July 31, 1951. A final inspection has been made by this department and we find that the contractor has complied with all provisions of the contract; therefore, a final acceptance is recommended. Enclosed herewith are copies of the progress able.
