RESOLUTION OF' PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
OF CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF STRMT-SAND SEWERS
IN BURLINGAME MANOR
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that the following be and they are hereby prelimi-
narily approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk
of said City and referred to in Resolution of Intention # 50-51,
for the construction and repair of streets and sewers in Burlin-
game Manor in said City, to wit:
FIRST: Plans and Specifications for the construction and
repair of street and sewer improvements under said Resolution of
Intention;
SECOND: Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total as-
timated costs and expenses for the improvements under said
Resolution of Intention;
THIRD: Map of the assessment districts,

I, HE BERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a special
meeting of the City Council, held on the 29th day of August,
1951, by the following vote:
