AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK TO BE DONE
AT THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer and the City Engineer
have recommended to the City Council that certain additions to
the Sewage Disposal Plant Enlargement be provided for as
recommended in a letter from the City Engineer, dated August 6,
1951, and as particularly specified in said letter, a copy of
which is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, it now appears that the cost of doing the extra
work will come within the funds provided for carrying on the ex-
tension improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby directed
that the additional work above mentioned be done as suggested
by the City Engineer as an extra to the contract, and that t he
cost thereof be paid out of the available funds set aside for
the entire project.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of August, 1951,
