RESOLUTION REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF
SAN MATEO COUNTY TAXES 01, GERTA111 REAL
PROPERTY
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, County o
San Mateo, State of California, as follows:
1. The real property hereinafter described was acquired by
the City of Burlingame on the 8th day of September, 1949, and
since that time said property has been and now is owned by said
above and is being used for Street purposes.
2. That said date of acquisition was subsequent to the lie
date for San Mateo County taxes for the year 1949 - 1950.
3. The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo is
hereby respectfully requested to order the cancellation of all
County taxes levied upon the hereinafter described real property
for the year 1949 - 1950, and all subsequent years, together
with all penalties and costs, if any, attached thereto.
4. The real property so acquired by the City of Burlingame
the taxes on which are hereby requested to be cancelled, is
situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State o
California, and is particularly described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 1
Burlingame Villa Park, RSF,: E/18
Code 4-1 Sale No. 315
I, HERBERT K. 'NHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the
21st day of May 1951, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
