WHEREAS, The City of Burlingame by and through its Purchasing Agent, invited bids for the furnishing of gasoline to the City, for a twelve-month period, beginning February 1; and WHEREAS, bids were received until 5:00 P. m. on January 15, 1951, at which time the said bids were publicly opened and it was found that the Seaside Oil Company, was the lowest bidder; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that the bid of the Seaside Oil Company, the low bidder, be accepted, according to the price quoted and as contained in the submitted bid herewith attached. an one, r. Mayor I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of February, 1951, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Atwater -Byrd -Hunt -Love -Simonds NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None Herbert K.
