RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Zurlingame,
that the attached agreement for the operation of the Municipal
Dump, made the 31s t day of January, 1951, shall be entered
into with Romeo Joly, contractor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the .,layor be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and in
behalf of the City and that the City Clerk attest same.
