AP,4ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 48-50
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of zrlingame on
November 6, 1950, adopted Resolution No. 48-50 designating
Harry N. Jenks, Engineer, 260 Primrose Road, Burlingame, as
"Authorized Agent" for the City of Burlingame with respect
to State of California Applications Nos. 20/1755 and 47/721;
and,
WHEREAS, the said City Council does again desire to
designate and constitute George J. Marr, City Engineer of
the City of Burlingame, as the "Authorized Agent" in place
and instead of said Harry N. Jenks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all of the authority conferred upon Harry N. Jenks
by reason of Resolution No. 48-50 and the previous resolutions
therein contained are hereby revoked.
2. That all of the acts heretofore performed by said
Harry N. Jenks as "Authorized Agent" for the City of Burlingame
are hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That George J. Marr, the City Engineer, is hereby
designated as "Authorized Agent" for the City of Burlingame
vt th respect to the above numbered State Applications and he
is hereby cloaked with all the power and authority conferred
upon said Harry N. Jenks, by any resolutions heretofore adopted.

the City Council on Tuesday, January 23, 1951, and adopted
