RESOLUTION NO. 3-52
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR SPECIAL PLANNING SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, that certain proposed agreement for
Special Planning Services, which is to be executed by and
between City, as first party, and George A. Mann, as second
party, be, and the same is, hereby approved, and the :;ayor of
this City be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and execute said proposed agreement for, and in behalf of, said
City, and the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to attest the signature of said Mayor, and affix the
Cofporate Seal of said City.
