ACCEPTING GRANT FROM PANAMA REALTY CO. OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, A PORTION
OF LA i+1LSA DRIVE IN BURLINGAFIE MANOR
RESOLV ?D, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the grant attached hereto from Panama Realty Co., a corpora-
tion, granting to the City of Burlingame, the real property
V}erein described, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER Rj..SOLVED, that the said grant, together
with a copy of the resolution attached, be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 2nd day of June, 1952, and adopted
by the following, vote.:

partic-
ularly described as follows:
Beginning; at the most easterly corner of the sub-
di4,r-1_pion shown on that certain map entitled
IlBur`�' ncame Manor Map No. 1, Burlingame, California"
which map was filed in the offics of the Recorder of
Tan 'Mateo ^aunty on September 12, 1946 in Book 26
of Maps at pages 15 and 16, said corner being also
shown as the point of intersection of the center
line of La Mesa Drive with the westerly line of
Hillside Drive; running thence from said point of
beginning on and along said centerline of La Mesa
Drive and the projection northwesterly thereof
North 450 48, 50" West 1051.32 feet to a point
in the southeasterly line of the lands of the
Mills Estate, Inc.; thence on and along said
Southeasterly line North 710 341 30" East 33.78
feet to a line drawn parallel to and distant 30
feet northeasterly from the above described
centerline; thence on and along said parallel.

on the are of a curve to the left tangent to the
preceding course, said curve having a radius of
