WHEREAS Ordinance No. 528, adopted and effective as of
July 22, 1952, provides that the person designated to make a
stenographic record of proceedings of the Council meetings and
also steno;�raphic records of the proceedings of the Planning
Commission shall receive such compensation as shall be fixed by
Resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, Ellinor Lage, (or person designated by the City
Council) has been and is hereby designated as the person to make
such stenographic record;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered that
the compensation for making a stenographic record of the proceed-
ings of the Council meetings and transcribing the same shall be
the sum of five ($5.00) dollars per meeting;
BE IT TTRTHER RESOLVED and ordered that the compensation for
recording and transcribing the minutes of the Planning Commission
shall be seven and 50/100 ($7.50) dollars per meeting;
BE IT 'URTHEER RESOLVED that the compensation herein fixed
shall be effective as of this date.
