DIRECTING THE GIVING OF NOTICE OF PROPOSED
ANNEXA`1'ION TO THE CITY OF BURLINGAMIE OF
CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED
"BURLINGVIEW TERRACE" AND FI ING THE TIME
AND PLACE WHERL ANY P iSON MAY APP AR AND
SHOW CAUSE WHY SUCH TERRITORY SHOULD NOT BE
ANNEXED
WEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council
requesting the annexation to the City of Burlingame, of certain
new uninhabited territory, the boundaries of which are in
said petition and hereinafter described, and which is designated
as "Burlingview Terrace," and which said new territory is
situate in the County of San llateo, State of California, and is
contiguous to the City of Burlingame; and
Vi[HEREAS, the said petition was signed by all of the
owners of the land of said area to be annexed and which said
owners represent all of the assessed value of said territory
according to the last preceding equalized assessment roll of
San iviateo County;
NOW, Tl]itI'FCRE, Monday, the 20th day of October, 1952,
at the hour of 8 o'clock, p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State
of California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and
where all persons having any objections to the proposed annexa-
tion may appear before the City Council of said City and show
cause why such territory should not be annexed.
The territory herein above referred to consists of that
certain real property in the County of man Mateo, State of
California, and particularly described as follows:
A copy of this Resolution shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of general circulation
printed in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State
of California, once each week for two successive weeks prior
to said hearing.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 15th day of September, 19-2,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
