RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM GEO. T. PRESTON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame has agreed
to accept and Geo. T. Preston has agreed to grant to the City, the real
property described in the attached conveyance and for the purpose set
forth.
IT IS NOW RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame, that the attached Deed conveying the real property
described therein in the City of Burlingame be, and the same is hereby
accepted, pursuant to all of the terms therein specified.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a meeting
of the City Council and adopted by the following vote:
