HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 084-1952RESOLUTION NO. 84-52 EXTENDING THE TIME FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF THE PROPERTY REFERRED TO IN RESOLUTION NO. 74-52 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame, by Resolution No. 74-52, granted to William J. Crosby and PRtricia A. Crosby, his wife, permission for a variance in the use of property described in said resolution; and WHEREAS, among the conditions mentioned was numbered eight providing that construction must be commenced within sixty (60) days from the date of the passage of said resolution and failure to do so would revoke the grant of the variance; WHEREAS, the petitioners have applied to the Council for in extension of time to commence construction of building and for the use of property as granted in said Resolution No. 74-52; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that William J. Crosby and Patricia A. Crosby, his wife, as the petitioners herein mentioned, may have to and including April 1, 1953 to commence work on construction on a building as granted in Resolution No. 74-52 and failure to commence work on or before said date shall have the effect of revoking the variance.
