RESOLVED that the formal bid of C. J. Simms, heretofore
(submitted for the disking and removal of weeds in the City of
Burlingame be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an agreement be entered into
with C. J. Simms for the purpose of authorizing the work to be
rmed and completed and the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized for and---it-behalf of the City of Burlingame to enter
Tinto such agreement.

the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 19th day of 0anuary, 1953, and adopted
