ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION MAP OF I�NMAR TERRACE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the subdivision map entitled 'f1,M1i1,11A'R TERRACE" heretofore
aDproved by the Planning Commission of the City be, and the
same is hereby approved and. accepted and that the City Clerk
be, and he is hereby authorized to sign the said map for and
in behalf of the City Council.
BE IT FURTIHER RESOLVED that before the said map be
released for filing in the Recorder's Office, the Subdivider
enter into an agreement with the City that he will cause to be
performed all of the public work and improvements specified in
the said map and will furnish to the City a EOod and sufficient
performance bond for that purpose.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 2nd day of February, 1053, and
adopted by the following vote:
