ORDERING CONTINUATION OF AGREEMENT WITH
ROMEO JOLY, DATED JANUARY 31, 1951
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the contract dated January 31, 1951, made with Romeo Joly,
for the improvement and care of the Municipal Fill near
Broadway be, and the same is Hereby continued, pursuant to all
of the terms, conditions and agreements therein contained, for
a perioa ending February 1, 1954.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the memorandum of agreement providing for
the continuation.

do hereby certify that the foregoinf, resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of
February, 1953, and adopted by the following vote:

NOES COUNCILMEN: Alone

MEMORANDUM OF AGREE1VIE'NT
This Agreement made and entered into by the City of
Burlingame, a municipal corporation and Romeo Joly:
WITNESSETH
In consideration of the benefits accruing to each other
it is hereby agreed that the contract entered into January 31,
1951, between the parties hereto, shall continue in full force
and effect in each and every particular until February 1, 1954.
It is further agreed that the bond required in the
original agreement shall be furnished which shall hold the City
of Burlingame harmless from any loss to person or property.
