AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE K T K WRECKING CO.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Burlingame, that the bid as submitted by the K T K Wrecking
Co., in the sum of N1,473.00 be accepted.
IT IS F URTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute in behalf of the City Council, a
contract with the aforementioned K T K Wrecking Co.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 16th day of March, 1953, and
adopted by the following vote:
