CONFIRMING A CHANGE OF LOT LINES, LOTS 1 AND 2,
BLOCK 48, LYON & HOA G SUBDIVISION OF THE TOWN
OF BURLINGAME
BE IT RESOLVED and ordered that the attached map, which
shows a change of lot lines, Lots 1 and 2, Block 48, Lyon and
Hoag Subdivision, Town of Burlingame, Califo m is, be, and the
same is hereby approved.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a reF,u]a r
meeting of the City Council, held on April 20th, 1953, by the
following vote:

NOTICE OF HEARING OF PETITION

A petition having been filed in the Office of the City
Clerk, City of Burlingame, requesting a change of lot lines,
t.iereby establishing a lot 49.21' by 96' on the easterly corner
of Bayswater Avenue and Victoria T`oae and a lot 60.79' by 96'
fronting on Victoria Road, being a resubdivision of Lots 1 and
2, Lyon ec kioag Subdivision of the Town of Burlingame, Burlingame,
California, and the .natter having been referred to the City
Council of the City of Burlingame for a nearing.
Notice is hereby given that at the hour of 8:00 o'clock,
p, n, on Monday, the 20th day of April, 1953, in the Council
Chambers of the City hall, Burlingame, California, nas been fixed
as the time and place for the hearing on this matter, and when and
where all persons interested tnerein may be heard, either favoring.
or protesting the said application.
