ACCEPTING PROMISE OF JCE E. SCHO ALES AND WILMA E.
SCHO UES TO CREATE AND GRANT AN EASEMENT FOR
INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE RAT' TEN tiEL+T OF LOT
15, BLOCK 5, BURLINGAME GROVE, AS PER MAP -AILED
IN BOOK B OF 14APS AT PAGE THIRTY
WHEREAS, Joe -E. Sehoales and 6uilma E. Schoales, have applied for
a building permit to construct an apartment house on
Lot 14, Block 5, Burlingame Grove and have agreed to
create an easement for ingress and egress over the rear
ten feet of Lot 15, whenever said Lot 15 shall be sold
or transferred; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has, after due consideration,
recornriended that the building permit for construction
on Lot 14, above referred to, be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the offer to grant an ease-
ment as the same appears inthe written instrument
hereunto attached, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution
attached to the said written offer, be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of San rrateo County.
