RESOLUTION NO. 35-53
A0'T:i0RIZING ChANGE OF LOT LINES AND A RESUBDIVISION
OF LOTS 1 AND 2, IN BLOCK NO. 1, BURLINGAME PARK NO. 3
WHEREAS, an application has been made for a resubdivision of
Lots No. 1 and 2, in Block No. 1, Burlingame ?'ark No. -1, changing
the area from two parcels into three; and
WHEREAS, the matter having been referred to the T'lanning
Commission of the City for consideration, and recommendation to
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Manning Commission after hearing and considera-
tion of the application have recommended to the City Council that
the resubdivision of the aforesaid property be granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting on June 1, 10153,
pave due and proper consideration to the application ane have
concluded that the request be granted.
NOW, `1'hEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the
application to resubdivide Lots 1 anc) 2 in Block No. 1, Burlin-
game Park No. 3 be granted and that the applicant have prepired
and presented to the City Engineer of the City, a map showing a
resubdivision of said lots for filing in the Office of the County
Recorder, which said map is to be approved by the City Engineer
and when by him go approved, the City Clerk is hereb authorized
to give the a_Pproval of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame.
