RESOLUTION NO. 36-53
AUTHORIZING CHANGE OF LOT LINES AND A RESUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 8, BURLINGAME GARDENS
WHEREAS, an application has been made for a resubdivision of
Lots 5 and 6, in Block 8, Burlingame Gardens; and
WHEREAS, the matter having been referred to the Planning
Commission of the City for consideration and recommendation to the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after hearing and considera-
tion of the application have recommended to the City Council that
the resubdivision of the aforesaid property be granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting on June 1, 1953,
gave due and proper consideration to the application and have con-
cluded that the request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED and ordered, that the
application to resubdivide Lots 5 and 6, Block 8, Burlingame
Gardens, be granted and that the applicant have prepared and
presented to the City Engineer of the City, a map showing a re -
subdivision of said lots for filing in the Office of the County
Recorder, which said map is to be approved by the City Engineer
and when by him so approved, the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to give the approval of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame.

City Council held on the 1st day of June, 1953, and adopted by
