APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SUBMITTED BY HARRY N. JENKS, CONSULTING SANITARY
ENGINEER, FOR WORK AND IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY'S
SEWERAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Harry N. Jenks, Consulting 6anitary Engineer, has
submitted plans and specifications for construction and improve-
ment of intercepter sewer line and the same have been approved by
the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED and ordered, that the
said plans and specifications be, and the same are hereby approve
and adopted for the purpose of constructing and improving the
Sewerage System of the City as therein specified.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council, held on the 6th day of July, 1953, and adopted by
the following vote:
